How can I confirm that I have selected the correct product option?
If the meaning of an option is unclear, ask before submitting the order. Read any limitations specific to your chosen version.
What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?
Review exclusions rather than relying only on the headline discount. Keep a record of the promotion as applied to the confirmed order.
How should I interpret a sample, preview, or demonstration of a product?
Ask which features shown are included in the actual offer. Compare the example with the written description of the selected version.
