Distinguish a confirmed specification from a general promotional phrase. Use the description as a source of confirmed details, not as a reason to fill gaps with guesses.
Check whether the requested change would alter the fulfillment timing. Distinguish cancellation of an order from stopping an optional ongoing arrangement when one exists.
Do not provide account passwords or payment security codes in ordinary messages. Base trust on clear identity, relevant information, and a documented purchase process rather than presentation alone.
